Terms of Award
Grand Prize:
A one-week stay (Sunday-Saturday) for four people at the oceanfront Timbers Kaua’i’ Ocean Club and Residences in Kaua’i, Hawaii, including airfare for four.
Grand Prize Award:
The Grand Prize will be awarded to the broker representing tenant(s) that sign new lease(s) of a minimum size of 50,000 RSF with the largest aggregate net rental value for space in any of the following 5 buildings:
Owner’s Discretion:
Owner reserves the right to make the final determination of the lease, or combination of leases, with the highest net lease value, taking into consideration square footage, net rent, free rent, tenant improvements and termination rights, if so negotiated. All owner decisions are final.
Month of Award:
May 2022.
Eligible Lease:
Any office lease with a new tenant signed during the period of June 1, 2021 - April 30, 2022. Renewals, expansions or relocations are not eligible.
Awards:
Only one Grand Prize will be presented. If multiple brokers participate in the transaction, it will be up to the brokers to determine the attendees for the trip.
A second place prize will be a cash bonus of $2,000. Third Place prize will be a cash bonus of $1,000.
Non-Transferable:
The Grand Prize must be used by the winning broker and is strictly non-transferable.
Trip Dates:
The trip must be scheduled for dates in the year following the award and are subject to resort availability. The selection of the dates for the trip must be made within two weeks of the award of the Grand Prize.
Minimum Size:
To win the Grand Prize, a lease for at least 50,000 RSF for at least 60 months of term is required.

- 9277 Centre Pointe Drive (Centre Pointe VI)
